Returns Policy

Plastic Models UK offer a 14 day return policy. This means we must receive the returned item in exact condition received within 14 days of purchase.
However for 3d printed items we can not offer any refund as the item is custom made for you.

If an item is faulty or damaged then we will either replace or refund the item and the return postage cost is our liability.

If an item is returned as a result of an accidental purchase or a change of mind circumstance then we will of course refund you once returned in exact condition received and within the 14 day time frame but the return postage cost will be the customers liability.
